The game developers also introduced new features and maps to Among Us including more player colours, friends and account system, and a voice chat feature.

Changing your name in Among Us

Launch Among Us on your Android, iOS, Windows or Mac device and follow the steps mentioned below to change your name in the game.

Step 1: On the homepage of the game, select your preferred mode — Local or Online. The following steps are the same for both the modes.

Step 2: Now click or tap on the Enter Name box at the top. The same box can sometimes also appear empty if you haven’t played any game yet.

Step 3: You can now change your name in Among Us to whatever you like. Type the name and tap on the OK button on the right to save the new name. If you don’t see the OK button, tap or click on the game screen outside the box.

Your Among Us name will now be changed and will appear as soon as you join a lobby.
