Paypal is one of the most common payment processors in the world facilitating payments around the world. The service makes it easy to deal with multiple currencies and takes out the hassle of having to work with bank accounts and other complicated numbers instead of replacing them with email addresses or a dedicated Paypal username.

However, as easy as the app is to use, it can sometimes be confusing for new users. In this article, we’re talking about how to find your Paypal username.

Finding your Paypal username

By default, Paypal works with your email address. However, the service also has a feature called Paypal Me which allows customers to make their custom Paypal links and use them to receive payments instead of their email ID. This lets users publicly share payment information without making their email addresses public while also customising their payment page.

On PC

Finding your Paypal username is rather easy. Just follow these steps.

Step 1: Open the Paypal website and log in with your credentials. Once you’re on the main Paypal dashboard, click PayPal.me.

Step 2: If you haven’t set up your Paypal Me link yet, you’ll be taken through a series of steps to create one. You’ll also be asked to create a new username right away. Otherwise, you’ll just be able to see your Paypal username right away.
