One of the best features of Zoom video conferencing application is that you can easily record your meetings and webinars for future reference. If you are a licensed Zoom user then you can choose to store the recordings in the Zoom cloud. Alternatively, if you are a free Zoom user you can store these recordings locally on your computer.

Although, the option to store recordings locally on your computer is available for both- free and paid Zoom subscribers, Zoom cloud storage comes with the limitations depending on the plan you have purchased.

In this article, we will tell you how to locate the Zoom meeting recordings on your computer as well as on the Zoom cloud.

How to locate Zoom recordings on PC?

If you have recorded your Zoom meeting or webinar, you can access it on the computer that recorded the meeting. Open Zoom desktop application and sign in to your account. Follow the steps given below to locate Zoom recordings on your computer.

Step 1: Click on Settings icon located on the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Select Recording from the left-side menu.

Step 3: Look for the destination folder, where the recordings are saved on your PC, under the heading Store My Recordings At. You can also customise the destination folder as per your liking. Click on Open to go to the folder directly where your Zoom recordings are saved.

Step 4: Alternatively, search for the destination folder on the search bar or Finder (in case of Mac) to locate your Zoom recordings.

How to locate Zoom recordings on cloud?

Go to Zoom.us and sign in to your account. Follow the steps mentioned below to locate your recordings on the Zoom cloud.

Step 1: Click on My Account located on the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Select Recordings from the left side menu, under the heading Personal.

Step 3: If you are a paid subscriber and you have saved Zoom recordings on cloud then you can see them listed under the heading- Cloud Recordings. In case, you are a free Zoom user then you can see a record of the locally saved Zoom recordings listed under the heading- Local Recordings.
