You can by default disable your audio and video before entering a Zoom meeting. Follow the steps given below to disable audio and video by default.

• Tap on the Settings icon located on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
• Select Meetings from the list of options to open meeting settings.
• In order to mute your microphone when joining a meeting, turn on the Always Mute My Microphone option by sliding the toggle to the right.
• In order to turn off the video when joining a meeting, turn on the Always Turn Off My Video option by sliding the toggle to the right.
