Er1 or E1 | It is an inflation error and is shown on the device monitor when the air plug is disconnected or the arm cuff is not applied properly or air is leaking from the arm cuff. | Make sure the air plug is connected properly to the device and check the airflow from the air tube connected to the device is proper. Check the arm cuff for any air leakage and make sure to apply the arm cuff properly. |
Er2 or E2 | It is a deflation error and is shown on the device monitor when the air cuff is over-inflated or under-inflated. | Make sure the air plug is connected properly to the device and check the airflow from the air tube connected to the device is proper. The blood pressure measurements came too high or too low. | It is shown by the device monitor when there is an error in taking measurements or due to other factors. | Sometimes it is normal when the blood pressure goes high or low as it might fluctuate because of stress and the time of the day. If the fluctuations are above or below the range your doctor said is normal then you must contact your doctor. |
The device monitor is blank. | The device is blank when either the power is off or the batteries of the device are dead. | If you don’t see anything on the device monitor then make sure that the device is on and check whether the batteries are installed properly or not.
