Outer Banks is based on a group of teenagers, also known as Pogues, as they navigate their lives and personal issues of romance, family, and friendship in search of treasures.

Outer Banks season 4 release details
In February 2023, Netflix announced the fourth instalment of Outer Banks at Poguelandia, a fan event dedicated to this show.
Production began in June but was delayed due to the SAG-AFTRA strike. The shooting resumed in November and although the release date has not been announced, based on the previous seasons, fans will be able to see the show in May or August 2024.
Netflix usually announces the release date months in advance. However, in this case, Netflix is keeping the cards close to their chest and for the exact date, we’ll have to keep an eye on the streaming giant.

Outer Banks season 4 cast and plot
As of now, there is no official confirmation about the cast but most of the previous cast will likely return for the new season.

Season four of Outer Banks will likely build upon this plot including the previous actions of Pogues that will come to haunt them.
This show could also include some new characters in the main plot.
We can also see some more drama and relationship dynamics between the characters and their families.
