Bitmojis are a great way to express yourself online. They’re way more descriptive than a regular emoji and can show a variety of emotions.

While we use them extensively when texting back and forth on Snapchat, you can also use them just about anywhere else, including Google Slides.

In this article, we’re going over how you can add Bitmojis to your presentations made in Google Slides on your PC or phone.

How to add Bitmojis to Google Slides on PC?

We’re assuming that you already have made a Bitmoji using the Bitmoji app on your phone. If you haven’t already, download the Bitmoji app and make one before you get started.

Step 1: First up, we’re going to add the Bitmoji browser extension to your web browser.

You can download the Bitmoji browser extension here

Step 2: Click on the Bitmoji extension in the extension bar and log in with either your Bitmoji or Snapchat account.

Now that you’ve connected your Bitmoji (or Snapchat) account, you can access bitmojis using the bitmoji extension on any site. Let’s add a bitmoji to our presentation in Google Slides.

Step 3: Head over to Google Slides and open any presentation you want.

Step 4: Once you’re on your slide of choice, click the bitmoji extension and drag and drop a bitmoji inside the slide.

If you’re not able to drag and drop, right-click in the bitmoji and click on Copy Image. You can then simply paste it wherever you want.

You can move the bitmoji by dragging it around and resize it using the blue coloured handles on the bitmoji’s edges.

You can even add animations to the bitmoji by clicking on Insert followed by Animations. In a similar way, positional changes and other formatting effects to the bitmoji can also be applied just like you would with other images inside of Google Slides.

That’s all it takes to add a bitmoji to your Google Slide presentations. You can even use your bitmoji in other programs such as Powerpoint or Word by right-clicking it and saving the bitmoji as an image.

If you’re making a presentation on your phone, the process to add a bitmoji in Google Slides remains more or less the same. Keep in mind that you’ll need both the Bitmoji app and the Google Slides app on your phone to proceed.

  • Head over to the Google Slides app and open the slide where you want to add the bitmoji.
  • Tap on the plus icon at the top and select Image.
  • Tap on From photos.
  • Tap on the Bitmoji icon under Browse files in other apps.
  • The Bitmoji app will open. Tap on the bitmoji you want.
  • The bitmoji will be inserted in the slide. You can drag it around and resize it using the handles available.

For iOS devices, you’re first going to have to save the bitmoji in your gallery by tapping on your bitmoji of choice and selecting Save.

You can then go ahead and import your bitmoji using the same steps as above, except this time, you’ll be importing the bitmoji using your phone’s gallery.
