In addition to scanning Snapcodes, Snapchat allows you to search for your favourite lenses by keyword. Here’s how.

Open Snapchat and tap the face icon to the right of the capture button.
Tap the search icon in the bottom right.

Tap the search bar and enter your search query.
Snapchat will show you all the relevant lenses. Just tap on the one you want to try, and you’re good to go.

Last but not least, you can also ask your friends currently using the butterfly lens to send you a lens share link. Tapping on this link will instantly add the lens to your Snapchat.
