Use third-party apps

Although call reject messages on Android allow you to send a message to callers when you can’t answer their calls, they require you to do it manually. For a simpler option, you might want to try a third-party app such as Auto Message. With one of its paid features, the app can automatically send messages to your callers if you don’t pick up. You can personalise the app to send automated replies to all callers or just to specific contacts in your list.
