Credit Karma is one of the most popular credit and finance management platforms, which boasts over 100 million members, 2.5 million savings accounts, and $40 billion in credit lines. It was founded by Kenneth Lin in 2007 and has since grown to garner about a billion dollar in revenue in 2019.
The platform enables people to check free credit scores via their partner networks which include Equifax and TransUnion, get recommendations to manage their finances and helps secure loans through one of their partner banks with relative ease.
In addition to these, Credit Karma also provides tools to aid people with taxes, accounts, savings, and have plans to get them set for their dream home or car.
If you’re facing issues related to your finances or have a question that needs to be answered before you can sign up for their service or give them your business, you might want to contact Credit Karma and here we’re going to guide you through the process of how exactly you’re going to do that.
Note that while you can contact Credit Karma using the method mentioned below, it’s recommended that you check out their help and support page or FAQs to see if they’ve already mentioned a solution to your issue.

Contacting Credit Karma online
Like several other online companies, Credit Karma also doesn’t provide phone or physical support directly. Your first point of contact will be through their website.
Before we begin, if you’re a Credit Karma member, it’s recommended that you sign in to your account before continuing, which will make the process a whole lot quicker.
Step 1: Click on this link (US) (and this for Canada), which will redirect you to the official support page of Credit Karma, through which you’ll be able to contact them.

Step 2: Start by selecting a topic, which will depend on the issue you’re facing (refer to the screenshot below).

Now depending on the issue you’ve chosen, you’ll have to select an option under Select what your issue is about and then pinpoint on which device or operating system you’re facing the issue under Where are you experiencing this issue? and additional information under Tell us more.
Step 3: Then enter your relevant contact details and continue with discussing your issue by entering information under Subject and Description. Once you’ve filled the Credit Karma contact form, click on the Continue to Step 2 button.

If you would like to file this form as a complaint, you can also check the box beside I’d like to file this as a complaint. (located in the space above the button, towards the left).
Step 4: On the next page, solve the captcha and click on the Email Support button.

Once your contact request has been submitted to Credit Karma, you’ll see a “Success! The case has been created successfully” message at the top of the screen.

Credit Karma will contact you on the email address registered with them or the alternate one you might’ve provided.
