Converting Word to PowerPoint

If you’re using Word for the web (part of Microsoft 365), you can use a built-in export function that streamlines the conversion process. Here’s how you can use it:

Keep in mind that this export feature in Word Web only includes text in the presentation, it currently does not support images and tables.

Step 1: Open the Word web and then open the document that you want to convert to a PowerPoint presentation.

Step 2: After opening the document, click on the File tab.

Step 3: Click on the Export option in the menu on the left side and then click on the Export to PowerPoint presentation option.

Step 4: Now, choose the theme for your presentation, you can also click on the See more themes button to view more themes. After choosing the theme for your presentation, click on the Export button.

It will start converting your Word document into a PowerPoint presentation, it might take some time to do that, so wait patiently.
