Open the PDF to the exact page you want to insert in the presentation. Next, open PowerPoint and go to Insert > Screenshot. Alternatively, you can click on Screen Clipping to select a specific area of the PDF to insert it as a file.

Method 2: Insert a PDF file as an object
Using this method, you can insert the entire PDF file into your PowerPoint presentation as an object that you can open and view during your presentation.
This method allows you to keep the PDF file as a support document for your presentation and link to it from your slide.
However, this method too has some drawbacks. For example, the quality of the PDF file may be reduced when inserted as an object, and the size of your PowerPoint presentation may increase significantly.
Step 1: Open PowerPoint and select the slide where you want to insert the PDF. Now, navigate to Insert > Object.
Step 2: Next, head to Create from file > Browse to select the PDF of your choice.
Note: If you want to link the original PDF file instead of embedding it, select the Link option next to Browse after you have chosen the PDF file. This will ensure that any changes to the PDF file will be reflected in your presentation. However, this also means you must keep both files in the same folder or location for the link to work properly.

Method 3: Insert text or images from a PDF file
If you want only some text or images from a PDF file in your PowerPoint presentation, you can use a third-party tool or service to convert your PDF file into an editable format, such as Word or PowerPoint.
This method gives you more flexibility over your PDF file, and you can edit, format and animate the text and images as you wish.
The only drawback of this method is that there may be some issues with formatting or layout when converting from one format to another.

Adobe Acrobat: The paid version of this software allows you to create, edit and convert PDF files. You can also export your PDF file into various formats, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Online converters: There are many free and paid online converters where you can change the format of your PDF file. For example, Smallpdf, ILovePDF and SodaPDF. However, they often have limitations on file size, quality and security.
