Deleting vs Deactivating your account
EA gives users the option of both deleting and deactivating their accounts. As you’d expect, deactivating your account keeps the account in EA’s systems and your progress as well as library is retained. However, you won’t be able to use your account until you reactivate it manually.
As far as deletion is concerned, deleting your account will remove your progress, and you will lose access to any purchased games. You also won’t be able to use any linked platform accounts on another EA account. Another thing to keep in mind is that banned EA accounts cannot be deleted. You’ll have to appeal your ban first if you want to delete your account.

Deleting your mobile EA account is also the same. You will lose access to all games, any progress you’ve made, in-game purchases and subscriptions. Deleting your EA account

Step 1: Head over here and log in with your EA account. Click Create new case.
Step 2: Select one of the games you play. For this article, we’re going with FIFA 22.
Step 3: Select your platform. We’ll be proceeding with PC.
Step 4: Select Manage my account.
Step 5: Select Delete account and then Select contact option.
Step 6: EA will give you a list of recommended contact options. Once you get in touch with an agent, you can prove account ownership and get it deleted.
