You can easily compare the amount you have been actually charged with the invoice, and this will help you resolve your billing issues with the order if any.

Invoice not only help in resolving any billing issues but also give you a detailed break-up of the amount charged for the complete order, including taxes and service charges.

How to check the invoice details on Swiggy?

To see the order details on the Swiggy, launch the app and follow the steps mentioned below.

• Tap on Accounts located on the bottom-right of the screen.
• Scroll down to Past Orders and search for the order whose details you want to check by tapping on View More Orders. Select the order.
• You can now see the order details.

How to get an order summary on your registered email address from Swiggy?

In case, you want to have order summary on your registered email address, go to Swiggy app and follow the steps below to get the same on your email.

• Tap on Accounts located on the bottom-right of the screen.
• Scroll down to Past Orders and search for the order whose details you want to check by tapping on View More Orders. Select the order.
• You can now see the order details. Tap on Help located on the top-right corner of the screen.
• Select I Have Payment, Refund and Bill Related Queries For This Bill then tap on Chat.
• A chat will begin with the Swiggy bot. Choose I Want An Invoice For This Order.
• The Swiggy bot will send the order summary on your registered email address.

Please note, this is not an actual invoice but only the order summary. Unfortunately, Swiggy doesn’t send an order bill in hard copy alongwith the order, and there is no other way to download it from its app or website. You can contact its customer care to send the actual invoice, which they might send it within 72 hours.
