How to find out the model number at the back of the MacBook?
If your MacBook’s battery is dead or it cannot be powered on for some reason, you can still find out the model number at the back of the device. Just flip the laptop and look for the model number imprinted on the hardware body (refer to the picture below). Once you locate the model number, which would be something like- A 14XX, you can do a quick internet search for its specifications.
