To order to give a rating on Swiggy, launch the app and follow the steps mentioned below.
- Tap on the Accounts tab located on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to Past Orders and search for the order you want to rate.
- Then tap on Rate Order.
Rating the delivery executive on Swiggy
First you’ll need to rate the delivery executive; follow the steps below to do so.
- You can give up to 5 stars according to your satisfaction level.
- You can also give elaborate feedback about the delivery executive by telling them what were you impressed with?- choosing from Professional Executive, Delivery Time, Superstar Delivery.
- Optionally, you can answer 3 basic hygiene questions and give additional comments in the Tell Us What You Liked section.
- Then tap on Submit Your Feedback.
Rating the Restaurant on Swiggy
Now you can proceed with rating the restaurant and your food.
- You can give up to 5 stars according to your satisfaction level.
- You can give elaborate feedback about the food by telling them what did the restaurant impress you with?- choosing from Taste, Packaging, Portion.
- Optionally, you can put a heart on the items you enjoyed and give additional comments in the Tell Us What You Loved section.
- Then tap on Submit Your Feedback.

How to give a rating on Swiggy’s website?
To rate your experience on Swiggy.com, log in to your account, order your food and follow the steps given below.
Step 1: After your order is delivered, click on Ok, Got It.
Step 2: Click on Rate Your Experience.
Step 3: Rate your food and delivery experience by giving stars between 1 to 5.
Step 4: After you’ve rated both, the box will expand and now you’ll be able to provide detailed feedback by checking options under What Might We Improve?– Food Quality, Packaging, Missing/Wrong Item. You can also write your feedback in the Any Other Suggestions section. Then click on Submit Feedback to complete rating your Swiggy order.

Swiggy took the prior payment as COD was not available and did not deliver the food.
Chasing them over a mail and trying to connect with them but not getting any support.
I have paid almost 2400/- for 19 meal boxes and did not received anything.
I got a mail from showing meal delivered to me I called the rider he denied to come and deliver due to space issue in his bag and asked me to cancel the order.
I had ordered at almost 2:15 and the rider called me at 05:00 to cancel it as he wasn’t able to deliver the same.
Now I’m chasing for my refund back.
I’ll never do Swiggy ever worst experience ever.
