If you’re wondering, “How much time have I wasted in LOL”, then the site wol.gg has an answer to your question. It will not only tell you how many minutes, hours or days you’ve played LOL, but also how many books you could’ve read with the time you’ve spent playing LOL or how many movies you could’ve watched and how many kilometres you could’ve walked. Well, the third one is pretty random but ok.
The site also gives you a glimpse of what your ranking might be like — regional and global.

How much time have I wasted in League of Legends?
Go to wol.gg and write your summoner’s name in the box at the centre of the screen (refer to the screenshot below), then select your region from the dropdown list beside your name and click on the How much time I wasted on LOL? button — located below the box in which you entered the summoner’s name.
If you’ve entered the accurate details, on the next page you’ll see the number of minutes — also converted into hours or days — that you’ve played LOL. To ascertain that it’s your account, you can check your summoner name at the top of the page, the region below it and the level below that. The page will also provide you with details of when you were last playing the game. 
Under the Your Rankings heading, you’ll also see your ranking in the region you play as well as the global rank. Below that, under the heading The Equivalent Of, you’ll find the number of books you could’ve read, movies you could’ve watched or kilometres you could’ve walked instead of playing the game for as many hours as you have.
Note that stats here might take time to get updated and appear as the site doesn’t promise to provide real-time statistics of how much time you’ve wasted in LOL.
