Canva is an online free creative platform used for graphic designing, creating social media content, and many other creative outlets. Canva offers more than four million stock photos, videos, templates, logos, designs, fonts, and many other features on its subscription plan called Canva Pro. Canva also offers plans for a larger team called Canva for Teams. Both of them are available on two payment methods: annual and monthly charges.

Canceling Canva subscription

You can cancel your Canva Pro or Canva for Teams subscription plan through your computer, iOS device, or Android phone. Even though Canva provides an app for both mobile and PC, you can only delete your account or renew your subscription via the app. If you don’t cancel your Canva subscription, it will be auto-renewed after the billing period ends.

However, this does not apply in all cases. For individuals or on monthly plans, auto-renewal does not exist and you can renew your subscription at the simple click of a button. In case, you do not renew your monthly plan, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

Via website

Follow the steps given below to cancel your subscription on your PC app or website:

Step 1: Log into your Canva account and click on a gear icon labeled Account Settings at the top-right corner.

Step 2: At the left side panel, click on the Billing & plans option.

Step 3: Scroll down and under Subscriptions for your team, click on the three vertical dots next to the Change Plan option button.

From the given options, click on Cancel Subscription.

Via mobile

Follow the steps given below to cancel your subscription on your mobile app:

Open the Canva app and at the bottom-left corner, tap on the Menu icon of three horizontal lines.
At the bottom of the list, tap on Settings.
Tap on Billing & plans. Scroll down and under Subscriptions for your team, click on the three vertical dots next to the Change Plan option button.

From the given options, click on Cancel Subscription.
