Step 1: Head to the Parivahan Sarathi portal and select your state.
Step 2: Click on Apply for Change of Address.

Step 4: Now, enter the Driving License number and your date of birth. After you are done, press Proceed.
Step 5: Select Yes beside Confirmed that the above Driving License details are mine. Then select General besides Category of the Driving License Holder. Next, enter your current PIN code to know the nearest RTO office. After you are done, click on Proceed.
Next, enter the new address details and click on Change of address on DL. After that, you will have to select the status of your new address. Select one option from Permanent, Present, or Both.
Finally, click on Confirm and Submit and then head to the fee payment page.
