Reels were first introduced on Instagram and then on Facebook, which has its own Facebook Watch with live streams, music, and gaming. Instagram and Facebook have introduced Saved Reels, where you can save reels for future use or viewing.

How to find saved reels on FB?
You can find your saved reels on an app or on your desktop by going through the following detailed steps.
On Android: Facebook app
Follow the steps given below to locate your saved reels:
- At the top centre of your home page, tap on the rectangle with the play button at its centre. This will open up Facebook Watch.
- Below Watch, from the categories, tap on Reels. This will open up a stream of random reels that you can swipe up to change.
- To locate your saved reel, tap on any random reel and then on your profile picture at the top-right corner of that reel.
- This will open up your reels. Tap on View saved reels.
- This option will lead to Saved reels, audio, and effects.
On PC: Facebook website
You can also locate your saved reels by opening Facebook’s website on your PC. You can pretty easily open up any saved reel or reels that you might have created from the given steps:
Step 1: Head to your main profile page by clicking on your profile picture. There is an option for Reels on your profile page. Click on that option.
Step 2: Here, you can view your reels as well as any saved reels.

Saving Private Reels
You can save your reels privately on your Facebook account by following the steps given below:
On Android: Facebook app
You can follow these steps after opening the Facebook app on Android:
- At the top center of your home page, tap on the rectangle with the play button at its center. This will open up Facebook Watch.
- Below Watch, from the categories tap on Reels. This will open up a stream of random reels that you can swipe up to change.
- Tap on the three horizontal white buttons at the bottom right corner of the reel.
- The first option shown will be to Save reel. Tap on this and your reel will be saved.
On PC: Facebook website
If you are on Facebook on your desktop, you can still save reels by following the steps given below. Visit their site and log into your account:
Step 1: Click on the Reels option at the top center of your home page.
Step 2: This will open up random reels, click on the horizontally aligned three white buttons. You will be shown an option to Save reel. This is how you can save reels.
