How to find screen time through settings?
If you want to see how much time you are spending on your phone and how much time you are spending on which app then follow the steps below.

- Open the Settings app on your phone, scroll down, find and tap on Digital Wellbeing and parental controls option.
- On the next screen, you will see a graph showing you the screen time you have spent for the day, with the most used apps in the graph.
- To view more detailed information tap on the Graph.
- It will show a bar graph showing you the screen time every day for the week, and you can scroll down to view the exact time you spent on different apps.

How to get the Digital Wellbeing app?
Android phones provide an option where you can choose Digital Wellbeing to show as an app, to do that follow the steps below.

- Open the Settings app on your phone, scroll down, find and tap on Digital Wellbeing and parental controls option.
- On the next screen, scroll down and turn the toggle beside the Show icon in the app list.
- You no longer have to visit the settings app repeatedly to view your screen time; you can use the Digital Wellbeing app from the app section.
How to add a screen time widget?
There is a screen time widget available as well, which shows the top three apps you use each day. To add the widget follow the steps below.

- Touch and hold the Home screen and then tap on the Widgets option.
- Scroll down and tap on Digital Wellbeing to expand it.
- Touch and hold the Screen time widget.
- Place it wherever you want on the screen.
