Taking a screenshot on a Moto phone is pretty effortless and can be done in the following two ways:
Buttons
On most Motorola phones (as well as Android phones), screenshots can be taken by simultaneously pressing the lower volume button along with the power button.
You can follow the same method in almost all Android phones as well which will be accompanied by a click and a flash of your screen. In addition, you can either edit, share, or delete the screenshot in the options bar that opens up next to the screenshot. Motion gesture
You can switch on the custom feature specific to Motorola phones through which you can take a screenshot of your current screen by pressing on the screen using three fingers. To enable this feature, follow the steps given below:
- Open the Settings on your Moto phone.
- You can either type ‘Screenshot’ in the search bar or tap on the Display option by scrolling down in the settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Display settings and tap on Three finger screenshot. Here, you can enable this feature by flicking on the toggle switch.
Now you can take screenshots with ease by pressing three fingers on your screen simultaneously to take a screenshot of any content on your screen. You can also find the screen-recording option here or in the notifications tab which you can access by swiping down from the top.
How to view a screenshot on Moto?
Moto phones do not have an internal gallery of their own to save up on space and instead store your camera photos, videos, and screenshots on Google Photos. Follow the steps given below to view your screenshots:
- Head to Google Photos.
- Tap on Library at the bottom right corner of your screen.
- The second folder from the top will be labeled Screenshots. You can go into this folder to view any screenshots taken by you on your Motorola phone.
