Steps to schedule a post on Instagram

To schedule a post on Instagram follow the steps below:

  • Open the Instagram app and tap on the Add (Plus sign) icon at the bottom of the screen.
  • Choose the picture or video that you want to post and then tap on the Next button.
  • Edit the post, if you want to and after that tap on the Next button.
  • On the next page, you can add location, tag people and change various settings, after editing the post scroll down to the bottom and tap on the Advanced settings option.

  • Turn the toggle on beside the Schedule this post option.
  • Choose the date and time for your post, and then tap on the Done button.
  • Write the caption for your post. If you haven’t added location, tagged people, or changed the audience for this post in the previous screen, you can do so here. After you are done, tap on the Schedule button.
