How to share the iCloud calendar publicly?
Launch Calendar application on your iPhone and follow the steps mentioned below.
- Tap on the Calendar button at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on info “i” button located on the right side of the calendar you want to share your calendar publicly.
- Scroll down and slide the toggle to the right to make it public. The calendar is now on Apple’s calendar site and can be shared publicly. Tap on Share Link to share the calendar with your peers. Anyone who has access to the link can view the calendar.
- Tap Done to save changes.

How to share the iCloud calendar with specific people?
Go to Calendar application and follow the steps below to share a calendar with your colleagues, friends and family.
- Tap on the Calendar button at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on info “i” button located on the right side of the calendar you want to share.
- Under Share With section, tap on Add Person.
- Type the name of the person you want to share it with and select the name or email address from the list. Then tap on Add on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Then tap on Done.
The calendar will be shared with the respective person, and they will receive a notification regarding the same, to accept or decline. You can give the following rights to the person: View only or Edit.
Please note, the calendar sharing only works with the people who have a iCloud account.
