Like other online music streaming platforms as well as traditional offline media players, Spotify also allows users to create several custom playlists, which can not only be downloaded for offline playback but also shared on social networks as well as with anyone else via a shareable link.

In this article, we’re going to guide you through all the processes to share your Spotify playlist via the PC or smartphone app on social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, or a playlist link and also embed code.

Sharing a Spotify playlist on PC

You can either share the Spotify playlist via the list at the left side panel or from within the playlist window.

From within the playlist

Go to the playlist you want to share and follow the steps below.

• Click on the triple-dot menu icon below the name of your playlist.
• From the dropdown menu, click on the Share option.
• Choose one of the options to share your Spotify playlist.

From the sidepanel

From anywhere in your Spotify app for PC, follow the steps mentioned below to share the playlist.

• Right-click on the name of the playlist you want to share from the sidepanel to the left.
• From the dropdown menu, click on the Share option.
• Choose one of the options to share your Spotify playlist.

Sharing a Spotify playlist on mobile app

There are two ways that you can share a Spotify playlist — either from the Your Library screen or from within the playlist.

Via Your Library tab

First, we’ll discuss how to share a playlist on Spotify via the former.

• Tap on Your Library.
• Then tap and hold the playlist that you wish to share.
• From the menu, tap on Share; then pick your preferred way to share the Spotify playlist.

Now let’s discuss how to share a Spotify playlist from within the playlist.

• Open your Spotify playlist and tap on the three-dot menu at the top-right of the display.
• On the next page, tap on Share; then pick your preferred way to share the Spotify playlist.
