Restart your router
Power cycling your network equipment is the fix to more issues than you think. More often than not, connectivity issues can be caused by an underlying bug in your router and can be fixed by rebooting.
Stream below 6000kbps
Another common reason you’re facing this problem is that you’re streaming at a higher bit rate than your connection can handle. Ideally, you should be streaming at around 6000kbps. So try changing your streaming bitrate to 6000 in your encoder and see if that fixes the problem.
Disable Hardware acceleration
Disabling hardware acceleration can also help free up space in the system memory, eventually resolving the Twitch error 1000.
Step 1: Click on the three-dots icon on the top-right and click on the Settings from the options below.
Step 2: Search for Hardware acceleration. You’ll find the setting under System. Just toggle the switch off and then use the Relaunch button to restart Chrome.

Clear your browser’s data

Check for updates
