Mark emails in a specific folder as read
If you want to mark emails in a specific folder as read, follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Open Gmail in your computer’s browser and then type Label:Folder’s name is:unread in the search bar. For example, if you want to convert all unread emails to read in your Promotions folder, you will have to type Label:Promotions is:Unread in the search bar.
Step 2: Next, check on the Select option at the top to select all the unread emails in this folder. After that, click on Mark as read.

Mark individual emails as read
