Different Outlook versions have different options. In some, you will see the browser settings under the Link Handling section and the settings under Files and Browser preferences in others. Follow the steps below to change the default browser in Outlook:

Step 1: Open the Outlook app on your PC and click on the File tab in the menu bar.

Step 2: On the Account Information page, click on the Options available at the bottom of the sidebar.

Step 3: In the Outlook options window, click on the Advanced option in the sidebar then, on the right side, you will find the browser option under File and browser preferences. Change its settings to the Default browser.

If you don’t see the File and Browser preferences, you will find the Link Handling section instead of the File and Browser preferences section.
