Sharing Notion page
To share the Notion page with others follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open the Notion page you want to share and then click on the Share button in the top right corner.
Step 2: Enter the email address or name of the person you want to share with. You can also directly copy the link to your Notion page and send it to anybody you like. There are different invite options available, the default option is selected as Invite Only. Choose the invite permissions by clicking on the Invite Only menu.
Step 3: Choose the option of your choice.
Step 4: Now, enter the email select the editing permission and click on the Invite button. An email with the invite link will be sent to the user.
Step 5: If the person with whom you have shared the page is not added to the workspace on Notion then it will ask you to add them. You can either choose Skip for now or you can add them to your workspace by clicking on the Add to workspace button.
Step 6: It’s done, you can add more people by following the same steps. It will show you the list of people who have access to the page and you can edit the editing permissions by clicking on the dropdown menu beside their name.
