To trim the video on your Android phone through the Gallery app, follow the steps below.

  • Open the gallery app on your Android phone and tap the video you want to trim to open it.
  • Tap on the Edit icon available at the bottom of the scene. If you don’t see the options on the screen, then tap once on the screen to make these options visible.
  • Move the sliders from the side you want to trim the video.
  • Once you are done, tap on the Save copy button. It will save the new trimmed video without affecting the original video.
