PhonePe’s Refer and Earn program is a fantastic way of using referrals. This program allows current PhonePe users to invite their friends, family, and acquaintances to join the platform. When a new user signs up using the referral link or code given by the existing user, the referrer can earn a cashback of up to Rs 100.
How to use Refer and Earn on PhonePe?
To use the PhonePe refer and earn offer follow the steps below.
- Open the PhoenPe app and tap the Refer & Get Rs 100 option below the Transfer Money section.
- On the Invite screen, PhonePe will show you the contacts not on PhonePe. Tap Invite beside the contacts you want to send the referral link to.
- Select the app through which you want to send the referral link. You can search for more apps on your phone to send the link.
- Send the link to your friends that are not on PhonePe.
- If your friends use your referral link to download the app, then create an ID and make their first transaction, you can receive a cashback.

What is the eligibility criteria?
You will receive the cashback only when the person you have invited has.
- Downloaded and installed the PhonePe app using the referral link that you sent to them,
- Signed up on PhonePe within one hour of clicking on the referral link.
- Made their first transaction through UPI on PhonePe within five days of registering on the app. It can be a recharge or sending money to someone, which can be as small as 1 Rs.
Cashback can be availed once per user or phone number and once per device, and the bank account must be linked for the first time on PhonePe.
When do I get the cashback?
You will receive a cashback in the form of a PhonePe gift voucher within 24 hours after your friend completes their first payment using UPI on PhonePe, provided the offer is applicable.
What can you do with the Rs 100 cashback?
The cashback comes as a PhonePe gift voucher. The cashback gift voucher can be used for recharges, bill payments and payments on PhonePe partner platforms or stores using PhonePe.
Can I withdraw the cashback to my bank account?
Cashback gift vouchers cannot be transferred to other customers or withdrawn to any linked bank account.
