The Bengaluru-based e-commerce website, Myntra, began its journey in 2007 and was acquired by Flipkart seven years later. The company is known to have create a niche for itself in the fashion e-commerce market, but if its rivals seem like a better options or Myntra simply isn’t working for you, here is how you can delete your Myntra account.

While creating a Myntra account only takes a few minutes, the company doesn’t let users delete their account directly using the apps for Android or iOS as well as its website. And this might not even come as a shock to many as several companies like Ola, Oyo, MakeMyTrip, and PhonePe, to name a few, are employing the same practices.

However, there is a workaround to this as you can still request the company to delete your account. Note that the company might retain some of your user data including contact details, orders details, among other things, as per their policies.

Method 1: Delete Myntra account via Email or Call

Call: You can call Myntra at +91-80-61561999 and ask the customer care support to block, deactivate or delete your account.

Email: Alternatively you can also send them an email at support@myntra.com. You can create your own message, or also use the template below to add to your email.

Hello,

I would like to delete my Myntra account. Kindly guide me through the process. Following are the basic details to identify my Myntra account as well as to contact me in case you need any more details.

Remember to send the email only via the email address that you’ve registered with Myntra; this will make the process faster. However, if you’re registered to Myntra using your phone number, requesting them to call you back using the method below might be a better option.

Method 2: Delete Myntra account via the app or website

You can also contact Myntra’s customer care using the app or website and request them to delete your Myntra account.

Contact Myntra customer care via app

Open the Myntra app on your Android or iOS device and follow the steps mentioned below.

• Tap on the horizontal triple-bar (hamburger) icon.
• On the menu that appears to the left, tap on the Contact Us option.
• On the Help Center page, scroll down a bit and tap on Other under More Queries Related To Your Experience.
• Then on the next page, tap on Other (refer to the screenshot below).
• On the next page, tap on Contact Us button below Still need help?
• Then from the options that appear on the bottom, you can either tap on Call Me Back or Write To Us.
• Call Me Back: You can request Myntra to call you between 8AM and 11PM and ask them to delete your account.
• Write to Us: You can alternatively also choose to send a query to Myntra. Write your message explaining that you want to delete your Myntra account alongwith the reason if you want to provide one. You can also add up to two images alongwith the message and then tap on the Submit button at the bottom to send the message.

Contact Myntra customer care via the website

Go to myntra.com/contactus and follow the steps mentioned below to contact Myntra’s customer support.

Step 1: Click on the Non-order Related Issues options from the side-panel options under Help Center. Then select Other under Select a Query to the right.

Step 2: Then select Other from the list of options.

Step 3: On the next page, you can either select Call Me Back or Write To Us. Both the options have been explained below.

Call Me Back: You can request Myntra to call you between 8AM and 11PM and ask them to delete your account.

Write to Us: You can alternatively also choose to send a query to Myntra. Write your message explaining that you want to delete your Myntra account alongwith the reason if you want to provide one. You can also add up to two images alongwith the message and then tap on the Submit button at the bottom to send the message.

Method 3: If nothing works, you can also send them a snail mail

If you aren’t able to reach Myntra’s official customer care via either of the methods mentioned above, you can also take your chances by sending a post to Myntra’s corporate office using the address below.
