Clear the app’s data and cache

Clear Flipkart app cache

Launch the Settings app on your device and follow the steps mentioned below to clear the app’s cache:

  • Scroll down to Manage apps in the Apps menu and search for Flipkart in the search bar.
  • Tap on Clear data on the bottom of your screen and select the Clear cache option.
  • Hit Ok to confirm in the pop-up dialogue.

It is suggested that you opt for clearing the app’s data only when the issues are not sorted even after clearing the app’s cache.

Update Flipkart app

Updating the Flipkart app can most definitely sort the issues related to the server or any other reason. Follow the steps mentioned below to update the Flipkart app on android:

  • Launch the Play Store on your device and search for Flipkart in the search bar.
  • Tap on Update.
