Voice actors are essential parts of the video game industry. A good voice can really go a long way in making a character come to life.
Riot Games fished out some pretty big names to voice its characters in Valorant. As we go about this list, we’re sure you’ll come across some familiar names (or voices).

Viper – Ashly Burch
Ashly has previously voiced Chloe from Life is Strange. Her ‘welcome to my world’ line for Viper has been probably the most iconic. She has also voiced characters in titles like Borderlands (Tina) and Horizon: Zero Dawn (Aloy).

Viper is an American chemist who deploys various poisonous chemical devices to control the battlefield and cripple her enemies.
Cypher – Nabil Elouahabi
Nabil is a British – Moroccon voice actor who lent his voice to Cypher. While he’s been a renowned actor for his roles in East Enders and Journey to Mecca ad several other TV shows and movies this is only his second appearance as a voice actor in a video game. The first being Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Cypher is described as a Moroccan information broker. He’s a one-man surveillance network who keeps tabs on the enemy’s every move.
Jett – Shannon Williams
Jett, one of the most popular picks in Valorant, is voiced by Shannon Williams, a British-South Korean singer and loop artists. You’d be surprised to know that this is only her first shot at video game voice acting.

Jett is a South Korean agent that relies on her agile and evasive fighting style taking risks not many agents in the game can.

Omen – Jason Marnocha
Jason is one for the more popular names in the voiceover industry having made numerous appearances in video games and movies. He’s known for his voice acting in One Punch Man, Shenmue III and movies like Singularity and Transformers. Needless to say, he did a pretty good job with Omen as well.

Omen is a controller type agent that hunts in the shadows. He renders enemies blind, teleports across the map and then let’s paranoia take hold of his enemies.
Sage – Naomi Yang
While this is Naomi’s first appearance as a voiceover artist in a game, she has done a commendable job. She has previously made appearances in shows like DCI Banks, Hollyoaks and New Blood.

Sage is a Chinese agent who is a master in the art of healing. She can heal or revive friends and make walls to protect areas.
Phoenix – Afolabi Alli
Another new name in the video game voiceover industry, this is only Afolabi’s second work. His first being an appearance in the TV show The Split.

Phoenix comes from the UK and is a master flash, flare and fire. He’ll rush into battle whether he’s got backup or not.

Sova – Aaron Vodovoz
While Aaron doesn’t have any previous experience in the voiceover industry, he has been cast in quite a few TV shows and movies, The King’s Man being one of them.

He lends a distinctly Russian accent to Sova that really makes him stand out as the only archer in the game. He tracks, finds and eliminates enemies with ruthless efficiency and precision.
Raze – Carolina Ravassa
Carolina is a well-experienced voice actor having previously worked in games like GTA V and Max Payne 3. She also made an appearance on the TV show Mr Robot. Apart from voicing Raze in Valorant, she has also done some pretty notable work in Overwatch.

Raze is a Brazliian duelist that especialises in having incredible firepower. Her big guns and loud mouth are a striking characteristic on the battlefield.
Breach – David Menkin
David is an experienced actor whos’s famous for his work in both movies and video game voiceovers. He has previously voiced characters from titles such as Battlefield, Crysis 2, Quantum Break and Alien: Isolation.

Breach is a bionic Swede who fires powerful, targeted kinetic blasts to aggressively clear a path through the enemy ground.

Killjoy – Faye Mata
Faye has previously lent her voice to Riot on numerous occasions. The most notable of them being LuLu, the League of Legends champion and Sierokate from Granblue Fantasy: The Animation. She returned to do the voice of Killjoy and has really brought the character to life.

Killjoy is a German agent who wins any given battle with ease using her arsenal of inventions. And if the tech gear doesn’t inflict enough damage, she’s got robots who got her back.
Reyna – Karina Altamirano
While Karina is mostly known for her Spanish dub of Digimon, having created over seven voices for the series, her work in voicing Reyna has been amazing

.Reyna is the Mexican duelist who dominates single combat. Each of her abilities give her an edge over her opponent with every kill.

Brimstone – Steve Blum
Steve has hundreds of voiceover credits to his name, including the voice of Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop and the voice of Wolverine from several versions of Xmen including animated movies and games.

Brimstone’s orbital arsenal ensures that his squad always has the advantage. Every time you need your utility delivered precisely and from a distance, he’s your guy.

Skye – Miranda O’Hare
Miranda is an Australian actor and writer who has several big and small screen successes to her name in both the US and Australia including movies like Coven, Indigo Lake and Virsa.

Skye and her band of beasts are there to slash the hostile territory. Her creations can heal friends and kill foes just as easily.
Yoru – Daisuke Takahashi
Voicing Valorant’s latest agent, Daisuke, is only on his second job as a voice-over artist. He’s previously known for his work in The Ramen Girl.
Yoru is Valorant’s newest agent and hails from Japan. He rips holes straight through reality and uses deception and aggression in equal measure against his enemies.
Announcer – Cynthia Kaye McWilliams
To finish off the list, the announcement voice you hear every round and in the lobby comes from Cynthia. Her other notable video game voiceovers include T-Bug from CyberPunk 2077 and Spartan Tanaka in Halo 5.
