How to fix the issue?

Here are a few ways that might help you fix the hypervisor has been detected error:

Disable Hyper-V

Windows 11 includes Hyper-V, Microsoft’s hypervisor platform. Conflicts may arise if you have another hypervisor installed, such as VMware or VirtualBox, triggering the ‘hypervisor has been detected’ error. To disable hyper-v, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Type Control Panel in the Windows search

Step 2: In the control panel, click on Programs.

Step 3: Click on the Turn Windows features on or off option.

Step 4: Uncheck the boxes beside Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Platform, Windows Hypervisor Platform and Windows Sandbox. After you are done, click on the OK button.

Step 5: It will ask for a restart to apply the change on your PC. Click on the Restart Now button.

Disable Memory Integrity

Windows 11 includes a security feature called Memory Integrity. This feature may interfere with certain hypervisors and cause the ‘hypervisor has been detected’ error. Here are the steps to disable it:

Step 1: In the Windows search, type Core isolation and click on the first result.

Step 2: Turn the toggle on below the Memory integrity.

Step 2: In run, type Regedit and hit Enter.

Step 3: In Registry, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa. You can also copy and paste this in the address bar.

Step 4: Right-click on the space, click on New and then click on DWORD (32-bit) Value.

Step 5: Rename the file to LsaCfgFlags and then double-click it.

Step 6: Ensure the Value data is set to O, and click the OK button.

Step 7: Restart your PC.
