Disabling the Bing button in Edge
Although the Bing button lets you access the chatbot conveniently and easily, you can now remove it by following the steps mentioned below:
Method 1: Using the Sidebar settings
Step 1: Click on Settings and more drop-down menu at the top right of the screen. It will be a three-dot horizontal button next to the Bing chat icon. Alternatively, you can press Alt+F to open the Settings directly. Now, select Settings from the menu.
Step 2: In the Settings option, click on Sidebar located on the left panel and then click on Bing Chat under the App and notification settings.
Step 3: Turn off the toggle in front of Show Bing Chat and Automatically open Bing Chat in the sidebar.
You can also turn off other buttons that you do not use, such as Collections, Web Capture, or Share.
To re-enable the Bing button in Edge, follow the same steps and turn on the toggle switch.

Method 2: Using Powershell
Another way to disable the Bing button on Edge is via Powershell. Here are the steps:
Step 1: Type edge://settings/system
in the Edge’s address bar and press Enter. here, turn off the toggle in front of Startup Boost.
Step 2: Now, open Windows Powershell and type or copy the following command:
start msedge --disable-features=msUndersideButton
Method 3: Using the Command Prompt
You can also use the Command Prompt to disable the Bing button on Edge.
Open the Command Prompt by searching cmd in the taskbar search bar and type the following commands individually:
reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge"
reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge" /v HubsSidebarEnabled /t REG_DWORD /d 00000000 /f
