To reset the Screen Time passcode, your iPhone must be running iOS 13.4 or later. If not, you will first need to update your iPhone (scroll down to the end of the article to check and update iOS on your iPhone).

- Tap on Screen Time from the list of options.
- You can see the daily average mentioned in the form of a chart. You can also track the entire activity by tapping on See All Activity.
- Under the tab Day, you can see the entire screen time activity for the day. Activity log works on a 24-hour basis and resets at midnight. The chart shows how much time an individual application was used, organised under the app category-Social Networking, Creativity, Productivity, Messages, Games and so on- which you have used the most.
- Under the heading Most Used, you can see the application’s particular usage time.
- Scroll down to track the total number of times you picked the iPhone. You can also see the time at which you picked it first and the app you launched.

Step 1: Click on Apple icon located on the top-left corner of the screen and select System Preferences.
Step 2: Click on Screen Time.
Step 3: Select Options from the side menu.
Step 4: Click on Change Passcode.
Step 5: Tap on Forgot Passcode.
Step 6: Enter your Apple ID, and Password then click on Next.

If your Macbook is running on macOS 10.15.4 Catalina or later, you can easily reset the Screen Time passcode using your Apple ID credentials. Follow the steps below to change or reset a forgotten Screen Time passcode.
