Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event is happening on October 20

Two months after the Galaxy Unpacked event, Samsung has announced that Galaxy Unpacked Part 2 event, which will stream on the company’s Youtube channel at 7 pm (IST) on Wednesday, October 20.

Samsung’s announcement means that the next week will be packed with events right from the get-go. Apple’s event is scheduled for Monday, October 18, followed by Google’s on Tuesday, October 19 and now Samsung has joined the queue for a relatively quieter sequel of their Galaxy Unpacked event from August 2021.

According to the media invites and the video teaser for the event, it looks like there are going to be more cosmetic improvements and only slight variations of existing smartphones, tablets and watches.

Samsung hints at personalising the Galaxy devices in their invite: “Our users are multifaceted and live life in so many colourful, interesting and unique ways. As such, the technology they use every day should reflect their individuality.”

Among many other things, the teaser also indicates new colour schemes for Galaxy devices. The company might also unveil new customisation options for devices.

As mentioned above, the Galaxy Unpacked Part 2 event will stream on Samsung’s Youtube channel at 7 pm IST, 10 am ET, and 7 am PT.
