Tighten or loosen your Apple Watch accordingly.
Disable Wrist Detection
The Wrist Detection feature on your Apple Watch is designed to detect your wrist movement automatically to turn on the sensors.
For example, the display will brighten up when you raise your wrist to look at the watch.
